From your first idea to the day you go.

You’ll deal with me as we plan your holiday. I’ll take care of the bookings we agree on and put the plans and useful details in a digital itinerary.

    Tell me what matters

    We talk through your ideas, budget and how you like to travel. You don’t need to have it all worked out.

    Work out the plans

    I’ll research the options and we’ll work through them together. Once you’re happy, I’ll arrange the agreed bookings through ITE. If any planning work has a fee, we’ll agree it before I start.

    Get ready to go

    You’ll have your plans, confirmations and useful information in one digital itinerary. Before you go, we’ll make sure you know who to contact if you need help while you’re away.

Once we’ve worked through the options, I’ll share the quote and explain the booking terms, payment schedule and protection that apply. You can ask questions before deciding to go ahead.

Before you travel, we’ll go through your itinerary and how to get help while you’re away. Any planning fee or chargeable work will be explained before we agree to it.

Qualifying flights and flight-inclusive holidays are ATOL protected. Where applicable, you’ll receive an ATOL Certificate showing what is covered and who provides the protection. ATOL does not apply to every travel service and is separate from travel insurance.

A few useful answers.

Do you charge a planning fee?

Most of the time, I don’t charge a planning fee because I earn commission from suppliers such as hotels and tour operators. That commission is usually built into the price, so I can often offer a price similar to one you might find online. If your trip needs chargeable planning work, I’ll explain the fee, what it covers and when it’s payable before we agree to go ahead.

What happens after I enquire?

I’ll email you so we can talk through your ideas and what you’d like help with. You don’t need a complete plan before getting in touch.

What support is available while I’m away?

Before you travel, we’ll go through how to get help while you’re away, including who to contact if something urgent happens. If there’s any support you know you’ll need, tell me while we’re planning.

Can you help with a simpler holiday?

Yes. You don’t need a complicated itinerary to get in touch. A week away, a city break or a straightforward cruise booking is welcome too. I can also help with package holidays from operators such as TUI and easyJet holidays.
